Hobson v. Hansen: A Study in Organizational Response

Court decisions requiring school changes are familiar landmarks on the landscape of the last decade. Less familiar is an examination of how and why a school system responds to court edicts. The Hobson v. Hansen decision has often been cited as a key case in achieving educational equality.
